The future of work is upon us, and how employers adapt to changing needs in the workforce will be critical in maintaining the Bay Area as the best place to live and work in the world. Members of the Workforce of the Future Committee examined ways they are changing their hiring process, and growing internal upskilling programs to prepare for this.
