The Youth Advisory Commission (YAC) is a group of teens appointed by the City Of Tracy City Council to serve as a voice for teens in the community. In partnership with the staff of the Parks and Community Services Department, YAC focuses on organizing community service opportunities, recreation activities, and special events geared specifically toward teens in the Tracy Community.
